By downloading, installing, or using Penny ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Penny is a personal finance and expense tracking application that helps users monitor spending, set budgets, and manage their financial data. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

The App does not provide financial advice, investment advice, accounting services, or any other professional financial services. Any information presented within the App is for informational and organisational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

4.1 Available Plans

The App offers the following access tiers:

• Free Plan — limited access to core features, available at no cost.
• Free Trial — a limited-time trial of premium features, after which a paid subscription is required to continue access.
• Monthly Subscription — full access to premium features, billed monthly.
• Annual Subscription — full access to premium features, billed annually at a discounted rate.
• Lifetime Purchase — a one-time payment granting permanent access to premium features as available at the time of purchase.

4.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings.
